About The Baker

Hi, I’m Haley! Thank you for being here. I’m grateful to share my love of baking with you. I am a former Recreation Director turned sourdough enthusiast and mom of two. I have always had a love for being in the kitchen, baking and cooking for family and friends, and experimenting with different ingredients and recipes. My sourdough journey began in 2023 as I wanted to challenge myself in creating something new in comparison to what I normally would bake and I dove into making my own bread. What I didn’t realize before starting this journey was the variety of items I could make with sourdough starter, from scones to cinnamon rolls to granola; the options are endless! I continue to learn new skills each day with my craft that I plan to use in my product and to offer a healthier alternative to others.
